北海道ふっこう割海外・訪日外国人向け
北海道地震により落ち込んだ観光需要を喚起するため、国の「平成30年北海道胆振東部地震観光支援事業費補助金」を活用し、日本国籍以外の方を対象に、北海道内における宿泊を伴う旅行商品を販売する旅行事業者に対して補助金を交付します。
平成30年10月12日以降、北海道ふっこう割事務局より交付決定を受けた”旅行会社やオンライントラベルエージェント”より、割引済みの旅行商品が発売されます。
ビジネス目的や、国や北海道など自治体が補助金や助成金を出して実施する招待旅行や研修旅行は対象外です。
訪日旅行客向けの北海道ふっこう割支援金額
（１）宿泊商品の補助金による支援金額｜最大7割引
1人あたり1泊宿泊料金5,000円以上の場合の支援額は3,000円
1人あたり1泊宿泊料金10,000円以上の場合の支援額は7,000円
1人あたり1泊宿泊料金20,000円以上の場合の支援額は14,000円
※最大5泊、最大70,000円まで
（２）ツアーなど交通付旅行商品の補助金による支援金額｜最大7割引
1旅行1人あたり旅行代金1泊5,000円以上の場合、1泊1人あたりの支援額は3,000円
※最大5泊、最大15,000円まで
北海道ふっこう割実施期間
平成30年10月12日以降、準備のできた旅行事業者から販売開始。
平成31年2月28日までに宿泊を終える旅行が対象です。

10月19日（金）に、JTBが運営する訪日外国人向け旅行予約サイト「JAPANiCAN（ジャパニカン）」で、北海道ふっこう割クーポンコードを提供開始。訪日外国人の方の利用が対象で、宿泊・ツアーを最大7割引し、販売します。

Many tourists who are not only Japanese but also foreigners had canceled to stay in Hokkaido because the earthquake hits there in early September. In order to welcome them and recover the economy, the Japanese government announced to set an extra subsidies budget for some authorized travel agency.
So, they plan to sell packages with the special price that includes a hotel fee up to 70% discounted from 12th Oct.“Fukkouwari” (post-earthquake discounts ) by the Hokkaido government and Hokkaido Tourism Organization.
This campaign named “We are Genki Hokkaido.” Genki means Fine, OK. Actually, you can travel Hokkaido in safe as usual.
The guideline is only in Japanese, so we will update here when we get new information.
